Subject: Can CC exp be "configed" to look ahead?

What we do is go to the billing info screen and go into a find.

Use: Credit Card
Exp: the cc expiration date.

ex--On 11/1 we will pull up CC exp date = 11/02.

Hit enter to pull up the found set. When you have that, go to
maint/pref-->mass mailing and send out your CC about to expire letter (by
mail or email...however, you want them sent).

Hope this helps!

Subject: Can CC exp be "configed" to look ahead?

Most of our monthly clients' service expires on the first of the
month. That means that frequently a client's credit card will be
expired when we try to hit it on the first. We send out the usual CC
Expired notice and they call us back and blah blah blah. What I'm
wondering is if we can look ahead a month? This way the client would
get a "your cc is /about/ to expire letter." This saves us the
trouble of the expired card notice and allows us to collect the
charges on time rather then waiting for them to get back to us after
we've tried to charge them.

thanks,
