Signup bug (Pending account)

Shawn,

I did the following:

1) created an account via /add.html via web
2) the account was on "PENDING" status
3) it was the only one on pending status
4) I hit DELETE on the peding status screen
5) asked me to delete the account I hit yes.
6) showed me a list of all customers (like for aproving them as well)

It did not exited to MainMenu
