virtual checks

We seem to be having some problems with submitting virtual checks. It
seems that the routing and account number are one line above the check
number. When banks scan the checks, they are not seeing the account and
routing number. These checks are being sent back to us. Also, is their
place that we can specify whether it's a checking or savings account on
the printed checks? Can this be fixed?
