Search Again: PsiGate and OG From: Erich Zigler Date: Tuesday, October 29, 2002 Time: 4:25:50 pm I downloaded the PEM file called treasurelakeint.pem and put it in the FileMaker Java Extensions folder and then loaded OG. I then set our Merchant information in the General Preferences option under Maintenance to PsiGate and the login name of company. However when I try to bill a credit card I get this error message. "The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive." And an Return Code of 3. I then tried renaming company.pem to the Customer ID which is 1234 and changed it in the Login field in the Company properties in OG. Same error.
