Search Again: OG info dissappears From: Kayode Beyioku Date: Wednesday, October 30, 2002 Time: 2:45:27 am Dear Shawn, Information have been dissapearing on our Optigold. I first noticed last week that some accounts were missing, though their slots are still kept. Some have only their passwords remaining while some have only Company names. Others dont even have anything. Today as well, Billing items have all dissapeared, all the settings in Maintenance & Preferences/General Preferences/Accounts have also been erased, which means I need to respecify the preferences. Please what is happening and how do I control it before Optigold kills me. Kindly reply to this in good time pls.
