When we try to recreate some of the accounts whose info got
deleted, Optigold replies by saying 'login already exists'
which means it still sees those accounts but when you
search for them you cant get them.
I know there would be a solution, which I hope to get from
you in good time.

Yes, the database server was rebooted. Any remedy????
Dear Shawn,
Information have been dissapearing on our Optigold. I first
noticed last week that some accounts were missing, though
their slots are still kept. Some have only their passwords
remaining while some have only Company names. Others dont
even have anything.
Today as well, Billing items have all dissapeared, all the
settings in Maintenance & Preferences/General
Preferences/Accounts have also been erased, which means I
need to respecify the preferences.
Please what is happening and how do I control it before
Optigold kills me.
