I have all my customers setup for paper invoice unless it is changed to email on their individual screen. I processed a bunch of finance charges, but no emails or paper invoices were printed or sent. Where should I look to verify these settings? FYI... my beginning of the month billing works perfectly. The paper invoice people get paper and the email invoice people get emails.
