I have a feature request that would be a help to me. I would like to be
able to "transfer" an email account from one account to another. I.e.,
we offer cable modem service; when a user goes from dialup to cable, we
cancel the dialup account, and create a new account for the cable modem.
But before we cancel the dialup account, I have to change the email
address (so that it doesn't get deleted from the mail server), mark it
for deletion, create it on the new account, and go delete the account.
The whole process is a bit much for everyone except for me, so I always
do it.
Having the ability to transfer the service to another account would be
great.
