Colvin Date: Tuesday, November 19, 2002 Time: 11:50:02 am I noticed that even though I mark an employee as inactive (Employee Active -- No) they can still access the web interface at whatever privileges they had as employees... Is that by design? I'm trying to figure out why you'd still want the employee to have access via the web interface, when they're deactivated? Of course, going into their web preferences and setting everything to "No" solves the problem, but seems like something's been overlooked... Michael J.
