Search Again: getting started From: Colm Piercy Date: Sunday, March 28, 1999 Time: 4:57:22 pm Hi all, After reading this list for some months, and being impressed with the product and Shawns responsiveness to customer requests and so on, we are about to adopt Optigold as our billing software. For info, we are solely a web hosting business ..... no dialup accounts. Any tips as to steps we should take to make the process as simple and reliable as possible ? How do we go about reliably incorporating existing clients with outstanding accounts ? Any other suggestions ?
