Well, if you haven't done so yet, play with the trial version to get
yourself familiar with it. Much easier that way. Uhm... old customers
can be imported using the Import Customers function in maintenance. The
default import order can be found in Appendix A of the manual, and the
default order can be changed if the employee doing is it tagged as a
"Power User" (go to Edit Employees).
Hmmmm... sort of quick answers, but I'm on a roll (down to about 700
emails left out of 1,700). hehehe
