I click on ISPfull311.exe -> Start Installation. A message "Searching for
installed components" comes up for a while and than a pop up error message
"ispfull311.exe had generated an error, Windows will be closed, you need to
restart the application". This is a translation from the Chinese message
because we are using Chinese OS which had been OK.
