Search Again: not sending late notices on right day From: Dawn D. Pfaltzgraff Date: Monday, December 2, 2002 Time: 8:59:22 am I setup some special groups that would send past due notices later than the "normal" 1 day past due. We set them the past due notice to 3 days past due, but they all kicked out at 1 day, like the "normal" ones. I doubled checked and everyone was in the "special" group, so what gives. Is it the way we have the settings set up under Maintenance Pat Due Accounts? We have Past Due Letter if more than XX days Past Due set to 11 and the minimum number of days between past due letters set to 10. Is that screwing us up and could you explain how those 2 settings would work together? ( An example maybe:)) Thanks, Dawn Dawn D.
