They are used by the CD signup systems.

Unfortunately making changes to the default Web files is not something we
support. It *can* be done (you can find the data model for Optigold in the
support section of our website), but as far as doing it for you, that is not
something we do. You can use the replace function within the "Edit Dialup
Numbers" to replace the 'Notes' field with a calculated result all in one
pass so you don't have to enter them all over.
