No. A host record is a record in the whois database, which is managed
by the registrars. Since your domains all point to ns2.dot.tc, you'll
need to talk to whoever manages the tc TLD about changing their
record of your server's IP address. Such changes usually take several
days to complete, including the (usually 48 hour) TTL.
