credit card plugin error

On one of my computers, I can't authorize credit cards. It says the card
may or may not have gone through. I'm not having a problem on my other
computer. I have reinstalled the lastest Optigold update, but that hasn'
t
fixed my problem. Any suggestions? Can I get the plugin to install by
