Good idea, but then you make the existing drop-down twice as big... It would
go from:

[Paper/Email/None/Both]

to:

[Paper/Email/None/Free Paper/Email & Paper/Email & Free Paper/None]

A bit confusing and annoying I think. An extra override would be better in
that case I think. Another problem with that is there are *so* many places
within Optigold that reference [Email/Paper/Both/None] that it would take me
days to find them all and change them all. So that's another reason that
the "No Charge For Paper Invoice" override would be better. That way you
are keeping the new override specific to just the new invoicing function and
not needing to change all the existing code.
