000;=22>Shawn,<br><br>I upgraded to 3.1.3 2 weeks ago, and I noticed TODAY =
that for some custommers the "BILL NOW" is completely locked, and=
stays with the (X) even after running invoicing.<br><br>When "uncheck=
" the BILL NOW says that I do not have enough privs to do that and to =
revert.<br><br>I was logged as Admin with all privileges checked and Still =
no luck.<br><br>this customer in particular, has no CC paymet activated, an=
