Cool, so I'm just in time for some new requests :) We are strongly leaning towards switching over from our helpdesk to the built-in troubleshooter in OPTI since it is easyier to use and update. It's a pretty good tool. But I'm wondering if you could implement a few new things to it to make it a really great tool, more of a knowledge base tool. Here's what we are hoping for: 1) Allow for more than one image for each article (for screen shots on setup procedures, etc) 2) Ability to tag and number each document for reference purposes (like a customer ID number that is auto-filled (helps reference and searchability)) 3) Setup an email-to field after each document that allows a tech to look up a document and then email it to a customer right from that screen. 4) Allow for more than one link in the article or html links within the document. 5) A 'date modified' tag that is updated each time an article is changed. That's probably enough for now, but let me know what you think, and which are possible, etc. Also, I'm still waiting to hear back on the last issue about a 'do not allow duplicate login/email' option? Maybe you missed my post or something.
