Does the change password event work from your employee workstation at least?
The web interface use the same event, so if it's not working in the normal
GUI, forget about the web interface at this point and see about getting it
working in the GUI.

One thing about the SAM database... I'm guessing you are using the NET USER
command to manipulate it... If you are using a command line to do it, keep
in mind the event fires the command line FROM the machine triggering the
event. So if you want to be able to do it from anywhere, you would want
have it be an SSH or telnet based event that talks to the machine you want
to trigger the event on.
