can't help you there. when I used to manage our verisign domains, everytime
I went buy or modify, they had changed everything around.

one last piece of essential advice, coming up to the switch reduce all your
TTL's to 1 hour or less to reduce the effect of cache lag, then up them
after the switch.
Note that the .com parents' TTL's are fixed at 2 days, so it will take up
to 2 days, max, for all DNS caching of your old glue records to expire.
