Maintenance & Preferences -> Web Interface Setup -> Customer -> Customer Can
Delete Email Accounts [Yes/No]

No, but most have a separate table for emails and a separate one for dialup,
or at least separate records for each service, and not authenticating
multiple services off a single record (especially if there can be a variable
number of services of one type and only one of another).
