If they don't say, your host record changes get uploaded to the
registry/gTLD parents 2 x /day, at least they did at one point. From that
upload instant onward, the zone parents will be passing out your new glue
records, so you need to have your NS's at the new ip responding with the
new records for all your zones.

if you can keep the old NS at its old ip active for 2 days to catch the
quiries from cached records BUT passing out the new ip's, then you're in
the best shape.
