FWIW, if you wrap your web interface in ASP or PHP, you can populate ASP/PHP variables with CDML results (e.g. populate an array with E-mail addresses) and "make your own" logic that would allow you to disallow deleting the E-mail address if it matches the login. We are doing just that (wrapping it in ASP)..
