Well, if you need a full-blown trouble-ticket system, there are products
out there that do ONLY trouble tickets that have more features in that
area.
But... Optigold allows you to assign, search, etc. trouble tickets.
If you click on a tech support call (on the date/time), it will open up a
detail window where you can do it. The search button on the Tech Support
screen allows you to search on it.
