Search Again: Finance Charge Due Date From: Matt Clark Date: Tuesday, December 31, 2002 Time: 2:58:51 pm Team, We run finance charges on the last day of the month. There is one issue regarding the due date. The due date is net 15 days, but this is misleading. It leads the customer to believe that the finance charge amount and the past due balance are not due for another 15 days. My question is this. Is there a way to default the finance charge due date to something different than the terms set for the customer? It would be great is the due date was the same day the finance charge was sent out. I would change all of these manually if I could, but some customers receive the finance charge via email prior to me being able to manipulate the due date. Thanks, and Happy New Year!!
