I have been reviewing your product for sometime and are about ready to
purchase.

One item that I noticed would be great to have in the optgold program is an
email support ticket system.

Specifically features like this. ( just a request for down the road) Not
going to influence my buying your product.

the ability to automatically retreive support email from pop servers and
assign ticket number and place the ticket into queue for support
personnel to review and take the ticket to solve.

When ticket comes in auto response to customer about ticket number and
generic response.

More features as well would be great just an idea I know you have a ticket
system but not really easy to move around in and looks like it does not have
the ability to create tickets by incoming email.

Is this possible?
