After looking through the "Failures" button, I am hearing you say that
currently OG has no idea if an account gets setup or not. It just
simply says "here it is. bye bye." So the person on OG has no idea if
there is a failure to process a rquest. Unless they jump over to the
email screen..assumming that is still working okay as well.

And what are you doing awake at 2am anyway? :-) I'm awake by
accident....
