Most stuff that's marked "info" can be safely ignored. For these two examples:

This is what QuickDNS Server described as a "lame delegation".

>info 'dns4.name-services.com' type A from [216.89.126.4].53

Long story. The short version is, your server disregarded part of an
answer because it couldn't verify that the data was coming from an
appropriate server. This happens all the time.
