Virtual ChecksFrom: Accounting at TeleSouth Network

Time: 6:58:22 amI have a customer who wanted us to do a bank draft/virtual check.
When I entered the bank routing transit number (ABA #), I got a "bad
transit number" message. I called the bank and they said the number was
the correct number.
I am unable to process a virtual check due to this conflict.
Q - is there an override of some sort?
