Search Again: Credit Balances From: Susie Ward Date: Saturday, April 3, 1999 Time: 8:37:05 am When a customer has a credit balance, their balance due line looks something like this: Balance Due -$25.00 Would it be possible to do something more with credit balances to make it more clear to the customer that they actually do have a credit balance? Also, I did a fake billing this month and I had a few credit card customers in there, but when I generated invoices it sent each credit card customer an invoice with a balance due. I'd think it shouldn't do this, but I probably have something setup wrong somewhere?
