I would think there would be something in PC Authorize Hub... but maybe
there isn't...

Uhm... you can have Optigold ISP log the declines to the customer's notes
field (although, I guess that doesn't help much if you are trying to make
a report on it).

{scratching head} Well... if you click Bill CC/Debit Customers again,
after you just ran the batch, that will be a list of people that are
*still* due to be billed. So in theory, those guys should be the ones
that just declined.
