Error when installing filemaker server on win2000 server??

I receive an Error when installing the file maker pro server? Here is what
the knowledge base on filemaker.com says... Really helpful no solution just
that we know of the problem...
I cannot automatically uninstall the software either because of this
error.... other then that will this effect the optigold software?
Error 1904 When Installing FileMaker Server 5.5 On Windows 2000

ISSUE:
When installing FileMaker Server 5.5 on Windows 2000 the installation failed
with the following error:
"Error 1904.Module D:\Program Files\FileMaker Server
5.5\Registration\IraVcObj.dll failed to register. HRESULT - 2147467260.
Contact your support personnel."
FileMaker, Inc. has confirmed this issue with the FileMaker products listed.
