Boy, I feel like an idiot. My brain reversed the
logic. I was saying no to exempt, meaning yes.
Oh, well, that is why you get paid the big bucks.

Well, that's the *only* setting it uses. Log in as the person it's
prompting for the clock-in. Click on the My Stuff and then on the
Preferences button.

The 5th (I beleive) item down is Timeclock Exempt. It should be set to
"Yes".
