It automatically takes it into account.
For example, if a customer expires on 6/15/99 and their termination date
is 6/15/99 (or before), it won't generate their invoice at the beginning
of June because it knows they are to be canceled and that they have
already been invoiced for their service up through the day they want to
be canceled.
