Believe me, they will and do. I get about one a week.
Especially when we give them referral credit. An invoice is sent
to them that says they get $19.95 credit (Balance due -19.95).
Every time one gets sent out I get a phone call or an email from
the person saying they just paid and that we better get our
records straight. When I explain the situation to them (which
makes perfect sense to me), they apologize and go their way.
Shawn, if it is possible to have a separate line (or even replace
the line) when they have a credit, it would be great and maybe
add 2-3 years to the lives of our tech support people.
As sad as it is to say, most of the people getting on the
Internet today are not computer literate, and some just plain
aren't literate. Every little help makes a difference for us on
this end of tech support.
