What a pain. There has to be a better way.

We need a full time person to deal with importing from OG to Quickbooks and
then going in and reconciling each payment with the correct invoice.

It should be, but Optigold does not bring that info over. You have to go
into it manually and fill it in on the deposit screen.

When I do an export to Quickbooks 2002 it does not appear to carry over
the Payment Method that was used. When I look at the undeposited funds
that field is missing. Shouldn't Amex, Mastercard, Cheque, Cash etc.
be in that field?
