Two Questions

1. When creating a new client, we are asked:
a. Do you want to add Billing Cycle Items to this
invoice......YES
And then it does so and shows an invoice
b. Do you want to add set up fees to this
invoice...................YES
Then it REMOVES the billing cycle item and ADDS the one
time set up fee.

WHY is it doing this??


2. While creating this particular client ( a once a month internet access
client) on 1/31/03, I see that when payment is applied, the expiration date
rolls over to March 3rd. And not Feburary 28th like I would think. So in
essense, If I sell this dial up service for 19.95 per month, and I am paying
5 or 6 dollars per MONTH for service, this client would cost me 15 to 18
dollars for that period. AND legally cancel if he is not under contract and
I would make no money on this account.

So what can we do about this expiration issue. I need for it to expire at
the END of the next month.
