Hi all, I'm finally looking (seriously) at buying an ISP management

solution rather than re-writing the one we put together back in 1995; it's
a little out-moded right now, as you can well imagine.
My quest for information has resulted in lots of answers (thanks,
Jeremy!) and lots more questions.
One of the biggest reasons for wanting to abandon our current system is
the lack of anything to do with credit card processing.
Being up here in Canada has posed some problems in that regard in the
past. We use First Data as our credit card processor for Visa, MC, and
Amex, but we (as far as I can tell) are stuck using their telephone
interactive voice thing where you punch in the card numbers, exp dates,
and then the money magically shows up in your (bank) account in a day or
two (or a month later for Amex -- bastards).
Our bank is TD Canada Trust, and I couldn't help but notice that "TD
Canada" is listed in the list of "Credit Card and Bank Debit Card Billing"
entities in the feature matrix on the web page. This is the first I've
heard of TD Canada Trust offering this kind of service, but it's the
biggest of many things that have focused my research on Optigold.
Does anyone on the list use this TD service? What exactly does it
provide? I want to join the rest of the world in its ability to process
credit card payments from a web page without any human interaction on our
end. Can I do this? What do I need from TD Canada Trust? How does this
tie in to First Data, if at all?
