ON HOLD ACCOUNT GENERATING INVOICES

Our primary ISP customers live in Florida where we have a lot of winter
residents. I have been using the hold feature to put their account on hold
for let's say three months.

The problem that I just encountered is that even when the item is marked as
being on hold effective June 1, 1998 for an indefinite period I still
generated an invoice when I use the program to automatically generate
invoices. Did I do something wrong -- sigh? Please help.
