Search Again: Bill now per employee/group preference From: Javier Galvez Date: Sunday, February 16, 2003 Time: 6:11:23 pm Shawn, When a person from our AUDITING department is revising MainMenu -> Billing Info for some extrange reason hit the BILL NOW checkbox and even if in BILLING INFO the NONE is selected as a mean of payment, this checkbox become active, and obviously customer is billed in a date that does not correspond to their billing date (every 1st of the month) So, I do not want to give ANYONE such privilege (BILL NOW), and only a set of SUPERADMINS (the ones that have ALL ACTIVATED should be the only ones that should bill now a customer (obviously the checkbox should be active only for that billing cycle and then automatically turned off) Every week I have to do some auditing and I find several accounts with the BILL NOW checkbox activated and with the NONE on the USE field.
