Time: 7:37:41 pmNow that we've decided to start using the pending account list, I've
noticed some things I'd like to ask you about.
When new accounts are being entered, it asks if you want to create an
invoice. Why would you invoice them if they haven't been approved and
hence not created on the server? I thought using pending accounts was a
way for us to enter accounts into the system without them actually being
'live' until they want to start.
Also, when an account is created (and not approved yet by manager) it shows
up to be billed. Is this supposed to work this way?
Next, when an invoice is created, you have the option to send it to them
via email or print. How can you email a user an invoice when they are
still pending?
