Search Again: problem with mail.yahoo.com From: Alan Ordway Date: Wednesday, February 26, 2003 Time: 3:31:50 pm I have two QDNS4 servers setup. I inside our firewall and one outside. If I do a dig mail.yahoo.com on the one inside I get a time out. If I do it again in a few seconds I get the correct answer. On the external DNS it seems to always work. Is there a setting to set the timeout longer on QDNS or does anyone have any ideas what might be going on? Could it be a problem with mail.yahoo.com being a CNAME for login.yahoo.com which is a CNAME for login.yahoo.akadns.net? -- Alan Ordway
