You can edit an invoice after it's been sent. You *can't* edit an invoice
that has been closed (paid for) or you don't have access to "Edit Invoices".
If it's closed, you can open it, edit it, then close it again. If you don't
have access to edit it, you can give yourself access (under Maintenance &
Preferences -> Edit Employees -> Groups)
