Well, if they aren't part of a specific companies account class, it's going
to think they are part of the primary company (yours I'm assuming).
So what you are seeing is normal...
With the domain/email restrictions turned on, you can add emails within
domains the customer owns, or domains that are part of the company they are
part of (in this case the primary company).
