Actually, I can't at the moment.

I know, and that is how it should be.

I triple checked this, and my user has all access (except God Level
delete), but still can't edit any invoice that has been sent, but not
closed. I've even tried logging in as "SuperAdmin", which also has all
rights, but all to no avail.
Can it be that something has changed/gone wrong during the last update or
something, as I used to be able to make these kind of changes?
This is turning into a real problem now, please advice on how to proceed,
as client is getting impatient.
