Under Maintenance & Preferences -> Edit Products
Set the account class on the product (matching the company you want to

It's automatic (assuming you did #1).

You can check what sort of things you can make company specific (beyond
products, customers, offer codes and employees) under Maintenance &
Preferences -> General Preferences -> Company -> More
