That is correct. If you want to give them free time, you will need to
roll their expiration date forward.

Give them access to create new accounts but not edit anything. If you
have the ability to create new accounts, you can automatically edit
everything on that initial screen, but they are only able to edit account
info later if they have the ability to "Edit Customer Info", "Edit
Login", "Edit Password", etc.
