You can either set up all your products to relate to the length of
service and then enter a quantity of 1 in the billing cycle items.
Product:
Quarterly web hosting $90 qty 1 3months credit
Annual web hosting $360 qty 1 12months credit
But what we do is set up most products to be monthly and then set up
the appropriate quantity in the billing cycle entry.
Product:
Monthly web hosting #30 qty 1 1 month credit
Then in the client's billing cycle item, you put a quantity of 3 for
quarterly billing or 12 for annual billing.
I have seen it where some people set up a monthly product and then
put three of them in the billing cycle. i.e., three identical line
items each with a quantity of 1 rather then one line item with a
quantity of 3.
OG = very flexible
