I know this is not being a very good net citizen but...

I have a DNS server on each inbound set of IPs.
One registered as primary, the other as secondary.
Both are set as master DNS servers so they do not sync.
I set the TTLs on both to 600 so...
If the primary connection fails,
after 10 minutes the secondary DNS provides it's IP and
route to the server.

My servers do not see too much traffic so the extra incoming DNS
traffic to refresh other DNS caches after only 10 minutes is not too bad.

I also realize that sometimes the dns will resolve from the secondary DNS
server instead of the primary. But since both connections are full time and
point to basically the same server it is not an issue.

I set the exact same multiple MX records for both master servers as MX
records already provide a redundancy record.
